Postnatal Yoga Therapy

A gentle, progressive yoga therapy program beginning from 6 weeks postpartum (or 8–10 weeks after C-section, subject to medical clearance). Designed to restore core function, ease emotional fatigue and support physical recovery.

  • C-section mothers (8-10 weeks with clearance)
  • Mothers experiencing fatigue or sleep deprivation

Program modules

Early Recovery (Weeks 6–12)

  • Diaphragmatic breathing and pelvic floor reactivation
  • Gentle abdominal reconnection (safe for diastasis recti)
  • Restorative postures for fatigue Baby & Me yoga option

Functional Reconditioning (Weeks 12–24)

  • Diaphragmatic breathing and pelvic floor reactivation

Postpartum Fitness (Month 6 Onwards)

  • Progressive core reconditioning exercises
  • Functional movement for carrying and feeding positions
  • Return to standing yoga postures
  • Body image and identity reconnection practices
