A structured program for women planning to conceive in the next 3–12 months. Focus: hormonal balance, emotional readiness, stress reduction and pelvic preparation.

Pregnancy Yoga Therapy

A medically-informed, therapist-guided yoga program spanning all three trimesters. Each trimester has a distinct focus aligned with the physiological and emotional changes of that period. All sessions are conducted by certified yoga therapists in coordination with the gynecology oversight team
