- Pranayama for nausea and fatigue
- Yoga Nidra for anxiety and insomnia
- Grounding practices and pelvic floor awareness
Pregnancy
A medically-informed, therapist-guided yoga program spanning all three trimesters. Each trimester has a distinct focus aligned with the physiological and emotional changes of that period. All sessions are conducted by certified yoga therapists in coordination with the gynecology oversight team
